That tract of land, formerly owned by Charles Dawson and Nicholas Dawson, situated in Loudon [[Loudoun]] County, and State of Virginia, containing five hundred (500) acres, more or less, bounded on the West by lands of the "Potomac Iron Co."; on the South by lands of Mrs. B. C. Mason; on the East by land of Daniel T. Shrieves; on the North by the Potomac River.

51. That tract of land formerly owned by Charles Dawson and Nicholas Dawson, situated in [Loudo[[strikethrough]]u[[/strikethrough]]n County, and State of Virginia, one mile South of Point of Rocks, containing three hundred (300) acres, more or less, bounded on the North by the Potomac River; on the East and South by land of Mrs. Mason; on the West by "Furnace Tract."

52. That tract of land formerly owned by Arthur L. Chichester, situated in Loudo[[strikethrough]]u[[/strikethrough]]n County and State of Virginia, three miles northwest of Leesburg and one mile west of Big Spring, containing four hundred (400) acres, more or less, bounded on the South by lands of George Washington Ball; on the West by lands of William H. Gray; on the North by lands of William Beverly; on the East by lands of George T. Rust.
