Station, on the Alexandria and Hampshire railroad, three miles south of Waterford and Snickersville Turnpike, one hundred and fifty (150) acres, more or less, bounded on the North by lands of __ Thompson and M. C. Paxon; on the East by lands of Israel Hamer; on the South by lands of F. Brown; on the West by lands of Vandeventer.

64. That tract of land formerly owned by Archibald Clark and Isaac Clark, situated in Loudo[[strikethrough]]u[[/strikethrough]]n County and State of Virginia, three miles south of Waterford, on the Waterford and Leesburg road, containing one hundred and seventy-five (175) acres, more or less, bounded on the North, West, and South by lands of Joshua __; on the East by lands of Brown and Williams.

69. That tract of land formerly owned by Archibald Clark and Isaac Clark, called the "Westly Farm", situated in Loudo[[strikethrough]]u[[/strikethrough]]n County and State of Virginia, one and one-half miles south of Waterford on the road from Waterford to Clark's Gap, containing one hundred and fifty (150) acres, more or less, bounded on the East by said road; on the West by lands of Rodney C. Braden and William Shawhorne.

70. That tract of land called "Braden Farm", formerly owned by Oscar Braden
