That tract of land formerly owned by Thomas Moore, situated in Fairfax County and State of Virginia, two miles east from Fairfax Court House on the road leading from Fairfax Court House to Falls Church, containing three hundred (300) acres, more or less, bounded on the North by lands of Cummings and Kennoll; on the East by lands of F. Ferrott; on the South by the road leading from Fairfax Court House to Falls Church; on the West by the Webster Farm.

That tract of land formerly owned by Henry Jenkins, situated in Fairfax County and State of Virginia, one mile south of Lewinsville, containing thirty (30) acres, more or less, bounded on the North by lands of John Westfall; on the East by lands of Barry Stewart; on the South by lands of Charles Kirby; on the West by lands of Nicholas Lenmore.

98. that tract of land formerly owned by Henry Jenkins, situated in Fairfax County and State of Virginia, near the town of Lewinsville, containing one hundred (100) acres, more or less, bounded on the North by the "Jennie Farm"; on the East by land of William Shipman; on the South by the "Woodworth Farm"; on the West by land of James Mc Garretty.
