That tract of land formerly owned by Isaac Fairfax, situated in Fairfax County and State of Virginia, two miles South of Union Mills, containing eighty (80) acres, more or less, bounded on the North by land of John Ilgen; on the East by land of George Woodyard; on the West by lands of William Tillett (deceased) and Edward Simpson.

103. That tract of land called "Waugh Farm", formerly owned by James H. Simpson, situated in Fairfax County and State of Virginia, near Union Mills, on the Johnny Moon and Bull Runs, bounded on the North by land of John E. Detwilder; on the East by land of Henry Quigman; on the South and West by land of Mrs. Dye.

104. That tract of land known as "Tillett Farm", formerly owned by Henry Tillet and James Tillett, situated in Fairfax County and State of Virginia, two miles south of Union Mills, containing one hundred and ninety four (194) acres, more or less, bounded on the North by land of John Kincheloe; on the East by lands of Isaac Fairfax; on the South by lands of John Dyer; on the West by land of John Woodyard.
