That tract of land formerly owned by Richard Cockerille, situated in Fairfax County and State of Virginia, near lands of Lee and Haight, on the road leading from Centreville to Fryingham, containing two hundred and fourteen (214) acres, more or less. 133. That tract of land formerly owned by William D. Corse, situated in or near the town of Centreville, in Fairfax County and State of Virginia, containing eighty-seven (87) acres, more or less, bounded by the Fauquier and Alexandria Turnpike road, the old Alexandria road, and Little Rocky Run.
