172. That tract of land called "Birmingham Farm," formerly owned by L. B. Butler, situated in Prince William's County and State of Virginia, three quarters of a mile from Manassas Station, containing two hundred (200) acres, more or less, bounded on the East by land of Mrs. McLain; on the West by land of William Wier and the County road leading from Brentsville to Centreville.

173. That tract of land formerly owned by John F. Simpson, situated in Prince Williams' County and State of Virginia, two miles south of Aldie, containing two hundred (200) acres, more or less, bounded on the East by land of __ Elgin; on the North by land of Sanford Rogers; on the West by land of N. Berkley.

174. That tract of land formerly owned by Norbaum Berkley, situated in Prince Williams' County and State of Virginia, south of Aldie, containing two hundred (200) acres, more or less, bounded on the North by land of __ Enfield; on the East by land of Robert Rose, Ewell, and Berkley; on the South by land of Edmund Berkeley.
