(Extract)

I. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it the house and lot in Alexandria, Va, near Hunting Creek, claimed to be the property of N. Hicks, is hereby restored to him, upon the following conditions:

1st.  That he does not resume possession until the expiration of the lease to any third party, should one exist.

2d.  That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.
