WAR DEPARTMENT, ADJUTANT GENERAL'S OFFICE, Washington, November 22d, 1866. SPECIAL ORDERS No. 583. } (Extract.) 7. Brevet Colonel Garrick Mallery, Lieutenant-Colonel, 3d Regiment Veteran Reserve Corps, is hereby mustered out and honorably discharged the service of the United States, to date November 5th, 1866, on account of his services being no longer required. This Order will not carry transportation allowances. He will receive no final payments, until he shall have satisfied the Pay Department that he is not indebted to the Government By order of the Secretary of War E.D.
