4. Captain Charles H. Warrens, Veteran Reserve Corps, on duty in the Bureau of Refugees, Freedmen and Abandoned Lands, at Newport News, Virginia, is hereby mustered out and honorably discharged the service of the United States, to date October 25th, 1866, on account of his services being no longer required. He will receive no final payments, until he shall have satisfied the Pay Department that he is not indebted to the United States.
