1. Brevet Major George H. French, 1st Lieutenant, Veteran Reserve Corps, is hereby mustered out and honorably discharged the service of the United States, on account of his services being no longer required.  He will receive no final payments, until he shall have satisfied the Pay Department that he is not indebted to the Government.
