4. In addition to his present duties, Captain T. G. Whytal, Assistant Quartermaster of Volunteers, will immediately relieve Brevet Brigadier-General Asa P. Blunt, Assistant Quartermaster of Volunteers, of all public money and property in his possession as Depot Quartermaster at Fort Monroe, Virginia.
