8. So much of Special Orders, No. 272, Paragraph 3, from this Office dated June 8th, 1866, as honorably musters out of the service of the United States Captain T. F. P. Crandon, Assistant Quartermaster, U.S. Volunteers, to take effect June 10th, 1866, is hereby so amended as to take effect July 10th, 1866.
