11. By direction of the President, so much of Special Orders, No. 458, Paragraph 29, from this Office, dated August 25th, 1865, as musters out of the service of the United States Hospital Chaplain Charles A. Raymond, is hereby revoked, and he will report in person, without delay, to Colonel O. Brown, Assistant Commissioner, Bureau of Refugees, Freedmen and Abandoned Lands, at Richmond, Virginia, for assignment to duty.
