6. So much of Special Orders, No. 623, November 30th, 1865, from this Office, as directed 1st Lieutenant William Burns, 14th Regiment Veteran Reserve Corps, to report in person, without delay, to the Assistant Commissioner of the Freedmen's Bureau for the State of Virginia, at Richmond, and by letter to Major General Howard, Commissioner of the Freedmen's Bureau, Washington, D.C., for assignment to duty therein, is hereby revoked.
