I  Capt Jas. M. Tracy V.R.C, is hereby relieved from duty as Asst, Supt. R.F. and  A.L. in Sussex Co, Va, and will proceed at once to Nashville Tenn, reporting on his arrival to Bvt. Major Genl. C. B. Fisk Asst. Commissioner, for assignment

George H, Brannix 21st Regt, V.R.C, having reported in compliance with Par. 4. of Special Orders No 85, Current Series A.G.O. is hereby ordered to duty in this Bureau, and will proceed at once to Richmond Va, reporting on his arrival to Bvt. Brig. Genl, O. Brown Asst Commissioner for assignment,
