II  The following named officers having reported in compliance with Par. 2. Special Orders No 18. C.S., A.G.O., are hereby ordered to duty in this Bureau and will proceed to Richmond Va. reporting on their arrival to Col. O. Brown, Asst. Commissioner, to relieve certain officers of the Veteran Reserve Corps, transferred to North Carolina.
