52 Bureau of Refugees, Freedmen and Abandoned Lands Office Surgeon in Chief, Department of the Potomac. Richmond, Va., December 23d 1866 Special Orders. A.A. Surg. N. H. Gray U.S.A. will immediately report to Major Morse, Superintendent, of the Bureau R F and A Lands. Hd Qrs at Gordonsville Va. for temporary duty among Freedmen in Hospital and quarters at that station. He will not take up and receipt for the Medical and Hospital property left at the Hospital by A.A. Surg Chas. G.
