Circular.

Reports due on a stated day by regulations, or instructions, or Circulars of the Bureau, are not in all cases forwarded promptly on the day on which they are due, This irregularity must be promptly corrected and hereafter the rules must be strictly observed.

Medical Officers when signing their names Officially to reports and other papers, must state in full the duties they are discharging, whether in Hospital or Quarters or both. Every Official paper sent to this Office must have the proper endorsement upon its back, whether reports, contract with attendant, or other Official papers. When there are duplicates or triplicates each of them must bear this endorsement.

When contracts are sent to my Office for annullment, the date on which it is desired that the annullment shall date from, must be stated. New contracts sent for completion must be accompanied with a statement of the date the contract should bear._
