Special Orders.

A.A. Surgeon F. Lessing U.S.A. in charge of the Freedmens Hospital lately located at Taylor farm Va and now removed to Norfolk. Va. will immediately relieve A.A. Surg. Chas. G. Greene U.S.A. in charge of the U.S. Dispensary, and of Freedmen in Quarters at Norfolk and Portsmouth Va. and of the Small Pox Hospital at these places, of his charges, as additional duty. He will receipt to A.A. Surg. Greene for all Medical and Hospital property in his possession.
