Bureau Refugees Freedmen and A. Lands.
Office Surg in Chf. Dept. of. Potomac.
Richmond Va. Sept. 21" 1866.-

Special Orders.

A.A. Surgeon Chas. G. Greene U.S.A. now on duty among Freedmen at Norfolk Va. and Portsmouth, is hereby relieved from said duty, and will turn over all Medical, Hospital and Bureau property to A.A. Surgeon F. Lessing U.S.A. who relieves him. having done so, he will as early as the 27th of Sept. inst. report to the Asst. Supt. of the Bureau
at Gordonsville Va. to relieve A.A. Surg. W. H. Palmer U.S.A now in charge of the Freedmen at that place, and will receipt to him for all Medical Hospital and Bureau property in his possession.-

The Quarter Masters Dept. will give transportation.-
