Bureau Refugees, Freedmen and Abandoned Lands,
Office Chief Medical Officer, State of Virginia.
Richmond, Va., July 7th. 1866.

Special Orders.

A.A. Surg. J. E. Warner USA. is hereby assigned to duty in charge of Freedmens Hospital and Freedmen in Quarters at Petersburg Va. relieving A.A. Surgeon Jas. Jorgenson U.S.A. now in charge. He will receipt to A.A. Surg. Jorgenson for all Medical and Hospital Supplies and Bureau property in this hands.  

Transportation will be furnished by the Quarter Masters Department from Richmond to Petersburg Va.
