Special Orders.
A.A. Surg Robt. U. Atwood USA. on duty among Freedmen at Winchester Va. will until further orders as additional duty make one (or two if it may be necessary)visits to Harpers Ferry, each week to give such attention as may be necessary to freedmen at that point, and take proper supervision of the sanitary interest of Freedmen.
He will report from time to time in regard to this condition.
