No. 40.

In accordance with request of Comdg Officer, Mil Dist. Fort Monroe, Lieut. C.P. Goodyear, Asst. Supt. Warwick Co. Va., will proceed without delay to Yorktown, Va., reporting to Major Putnam, U.S.A., to give evidence in case of murder of a U.S. Soldier, recently committed in Warwick Co. Va., and will return to his Sub-District when his services as witness shall be no longer needed.
