I. George Hopkins, M.D., having this day reported at this office, will, without delay, proceed to Fultown [[Fulton]] Va., and report to Lieut. Massey Asst Supt Counties York and James City for Assignment to duty as Act. Asst Surg. Bureau R.F and A.L. for the city and vicinity of Williamsburg Va., and upon reaching his destination, will report by letter to Surgeon J.J. De Lamater Chief Medical Officer Bureau R.F. and A.L. Dept of Potomac. This order subject to the approval of the Asst Commissioner Dept of the Potomac.
