No 34.

I. In accordance with authority received from the Asst: Commissioner State of Virginia, Chaplain C.H. Raymond having been order to report to these Head Quarters for duty as Asst: Supt. Bureau of R.F. & A.L. is assigned to the charge of the County of Charles City, Hd Quarters at Wilson's Landing, whither, after reporting at this Office, he will proceed without delay, and relieve 1st Lieut Edward Murphy, V.R.C. and Asst: Supt: who will turn over to Chaplain C.H. Raymond, Asst: Supt: his instructions, papers and responsibilities as Asst Supt of said County.

II In accordance with authority received from the Asst: Comr State of Virginia, 1st Lieut Edward Murphy V.R.C. and Asst: Supt: County of Charles City, is relieved from duty in said County, and will without delay, proceed to Drummondtown, Accomac Co. Va relieving Bvt Major George H. French, Asst: Supt: who has been mustered out of service at his own request,
