I  Assistant Superintendents of the 10th District Va. Bureau of R.F. and A.L. will report all cases where there is an urgent necessity for Medical aid on account of the existence of small-pox.

II  The occurrence of small pox at any point where it does not now exist will be immediately reported.

These reports to be made to Surgeon J. J. De Lamater Chief Medical Officer of the Bureau of R.F. & A.L. State of Virginia - Richmond Va.
Prompt precautionary measures will be taken by the Asst. Superintendents against the spread of the disease whenever a case occurs.
