[EXTRACT.]

1.  The General Court Martial convened at Fort Whipple, near Alexandria, Va in Special Orders No. 56. from these Head Quarters, dated June 4th 1867, and reconvened at the same place in Special Orders No. 72. from these Head Quarters, dated June 26th 1867, and of which Brevet Lieutenant Colonel Francis Beach, Captain 4th U.S. Artillery, is President, will reconvene at Fort Whipple, near Alexandria, Va. at 10 o'clock a.m. on Monday the 22nd inst. or as soon thereafter as practicable, for the connection of the proceedings in cases heretofore tried, and for the trial of such other cases as may be properly ordered before it._
The court will sit without regard to hours, at such times as least to interfere with the other duties of its members._
