By direction of the Commanding Genera you are hereby appointed Military Commissioner for the Counties of Washington, Russell, Buchanan, Scott, Wise & Lee, Va., and will relieve Capt. John O. O'Neill. V.R.C.
You will report by letter to the Commanding Officer Sub Dist. of Lynchburg.
