14.  By direction of the Secretary of War, the following named officers of the Veteran Reserve Corps are hereby mustered out and honorably discharged the service of the United States, on account of their services being no longer required. They will receive no final payments, until they shall have satisfied the Pay Department that they are not indebted to the Government:-

Captain Gilbert R. Chandler, 19th Regiment.
