I 1st Lieut. George T. Cook V.R.C. is hereby relieved from duty in the State of Virginia, and assigned to duty in the State of Arkansas.

He will proceed without delay to Little Rock Ark. and report upon his arrival to Col. Charles H. Smith, Assistant Commissioner of that State, for orders.
