Circular Letter

General
On and after May first 1867 you will please assume the charge of renting the room or rooms. necessary for the use of the branch office of the "Freedmens Savings and Trust Company," located within the limits of your district. 

When practicable these rooms will be connected with buildings rented for other purposes of a public character.
