I  Capt. W. L. Tidball is hereby relieved from duty in the State of Virginia, and will without delay proceed to Vicksburg, Miss., and report for duty to Bvt. Maj. Genl Alvan C Gillem, Assistant Commissioner in Bureau of Refugees, Freedmen and Abandoned Lands for that State.
