Special Orders. 

The contracts with Thomas E. Stratton and Edwin M. Stratton, nurses on duty at Oak Grove Hospital for Freedmen at Petersburg Va, are annuled. Annulment to date from January 12th 1867._ 
A. A. Surgeon J. E. Warner will promptly forward the copies of the contracts to my Office to have the annulment entered on the same. relieve them from duty, and discharge them from the Hospital_
