III.  A.A. Surg W. H. Gray U.S.A. now on temporary duty at Gordonsville Va. is hereby relieved from said duty. He will turn over to A.A. Surg. W. A. Nason who is ordered to relieve him, the Hospital records and all Circulars, pertaining to the discharge of duty. Also the Officers Manual, Bureau R.F. and A. Lands, for which he will take the receipt of A.A. Surg. Nason in triplicate.

He will remain after being relieved long enough to instruct A.A. Surgeon Nason in regard to the duties of the position and the time and manner of making the various reports and other Official papers required. He will then report to me promptly at Richmond, with his contract for annulment. The annulment will date Feby 25" 1867. Previous to that, he will make out the required returns of Medical and Hospital property for which he is accountable.
