I.  On 30th April inst A.A. Surg. Heard USA. in charge of Hospital at Alexandria Va. will be relieved by A.A. Surg. Robt. N. Atwood USA. Dr. Heard will transfer to A.A. Surg. Atwood all medical, hospital and Bureau property in his hands, having done so, he will send his contract to me for annulment. The same to date April 30th 1867. and with it the proper final returns, with invoices and receipts. together with the oath required on final settlement._

II.  A.A. Surg. Robt. N. Atwood on duty with the Bureau R.F. and A.L. Dist of Va. will report on the 30" of April to Captain Lee. Supt. of Freedmen at Alexandria Va. to relieve A.A. Surg Lewis Heard from the charge of the Freedmens Hospital at Alexandria Va. He will receipt to A.A. Surg. Heard for all Medical Hospital and Bureau property in his hands.

III.  A.A. Surg E. W. Janney U.S.A. on duty among Freedmen in quarters at Alexandria Va.
