I.  A.A. Surg. W. A. Nason USA in charge of Freedmen in Hospital and qrs. at Gordonsville Va. will be relieved from duty at that station on the 31st inst. He will invoice and turn over to A.A. Surg. G. M. Baker, who will relieve him, all Medical and Hospital property, in his hands, for which A.A. Surg. G. M. Baker will receipt. Having done so he will report immediately at Yorktown Va. and relieve A.A. Surg. Baker in charge of Freedmen in Hospital and qrs at that place. receipting to him for all Medical Hospital and Bureau property in his hands. A.A. Surg. Nason will report to this office by letter the date of his departure from Gordonsville and of his arrival and assumption of duties of Yorktown.
 
II.  Actg. Asst. Surg. G. M. Baker U.S.A. in charge of Freedmen in Hospital and qrs. at Yorktown Va will be relieved from his said charge on the 31st, inst. He will
