and having invoiced and transferred such Hospital property as he has been directed to transfer, by previous orders, retaining for Dispensary use, such as may be necessary, will continue in charge of Dispensary and indigent sick freedmen in quarters, at Norfolk, Portsmouth and surroundings.

VI.  A.A. Surg. J. D. Harris U.S.A. having closed his Hospital at Fredericksburg and invoiced & shipped his medical and Hospital supplies in accordance with previous orders will report to Genl. S. C. Armstrong Agent &c. for Dist. in which Hampton is situated and relieve A.A. Surg. E. R. Carey U.S.A. in charge of Hospital and qrs. at Hampton Va. He will receipt to A.A. Surg. Carey for all medical Hospital and Bureau property in his hands.

VII.  A.A. Surg A. B. Kinney USA. in charge Hospital and qrs Lynchburg Va. will on closing his Hospital under existing orders, and [[strikethrough]] upon [[/strikethrough]] consultation and under the orders of Capt R. S. Lacey, establish a Dispensary at Lynchburg Va. for supplying the necessities of indigent sick freedmen and no others, as well as take charge of the same as well as sick freedmen in quarters.
