provided for under previous orders. Capt Lacey will secure the proper Dispensary accommodations in as central and accessable place as is consistent with economy in expense._

VIII.  A.A. Surg. W. F Litch USA. in charge Hospital and Qrs Petersburg Va. will consult with Maj. Stone and establish a Dispensary for freedmen in that city, retaining for that purpose the necessary supplies now used in this Hospital. Major J. R. Stone will provide a suitable building for the Dispensary._

IX.  A.A. Surg. E. R. Carey will be relieved on the 31st inst by J. D. Harris, A.A. Surg U.S.A. from charge of Hospital and surroundings at Hampton Va.  He will immediately turn over to Dr. Harris all Medical Hospital and Bureau property in his hands for which Dr Harris will receipt.
