I.  A.A. Surg. A. C. N. Young, is hereby relieved from his present duties, and assigned to duty at Richmond Va. He will hereafter have charge of indigent sick freedmen in qrs. at Richmond and surroundings. 
As additional duty he will be present at the Freedmens Dispensary at Richmond, from 10 to 12 Oclock a.m. each day, to prescribe for indigent freedmen who may call their for medical services._

II.  A.A. Surg A. C. N. Young having been this day relieved from duty at the Orphan Asylum, He being the only Medical Officer on duty in the city, must devote himself to this duty. Dr. Brower will be obliged to see that the Orphans are properly attended to hereafter.
