I.  A.A. Surg. C. M. Baker USA. on duty at Gordonsville, on closing his Hospital under existing orders, will turn over, and invoice to, A.A. Surg. D. R. Brower USA. at Richmond Va. all Medical Hospital and Bureau property in his hands. Said property will be carefully packed, Articles proper for condemnation packed by themselves. They will be forwarded to Richmond as soon as transportation is received. which if not already applied for, shall be at once, stating number of packages, boxes &c. &c. 

Two distinct invoices shall be made to A.A. Surg D. R. Brower. One of all articles in good condition. The other of all articles to be condemned as worn out &c. Stating in certificate the
