Assistant Superintendents will at once take measures to furnish these Head Quarters, with the following information in regard to Freedmen within their respective Sub=Districts.

1st Name of all Deaf Dumb or Blind Negroes,
2nd Residence or present whereabouts,
3rd Condition.
4th Age and sex.
5th Whether Deaf, Dumb, or Blind.
6th Occupation
7th Under whose charge and care.
