I.  Capt. E. B. Gates V.R.C., having reported for duty in compliance with Par. II. Special Order. No 87. Head Quarters Asst. Comr. State of Va., will proceed at once to Warrenton, Fauquier Co. Va, and relieve Lieut. W. S. Chase, A.S.A. Comr. 4th Div. 10th. Sub. Dist. Virginia.

II.  Lieut. Chase will turn over to Capt. E. B. Gates, A.S.A, Comr. 4 Div. 10th Sub Dist. Va., all unfinished business pertaining to the Bureau R.F. and A. Lands in his hands, with all the information he may be in possession of, necessary to facilitate the settlement thereof.
