5.  Brevet Lieutenant Colonel W. F. Lynch, Captain, 42d U. S. Infantry, (Veteran Reserve Corps,) is hereby relieved from duty in the Bureau of Refugees, Freedmen and Abandoned Lands in the State of Virginia, and will proceed, without delay, to join his company in the Department of the East.
