I  So as far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property borne upon the Report of Abandoned Lands of this Office as belonging to Henry A Wise and Known as the "Wise Farm" situated on the Eastern Branch of Elizabeth River in the County of Princess Ann is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership subject to the Requirements of Par 8 Cir 15 Series 1865 War Dept BRF and AL and upon the following conditions, viz
1st  The property will be restored to Henry A. Wise subject to the Lease of certain Freedpeople expiring January 1 1869.
2nd That nothing in this Order shall be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or to Rents which may have accrued.
