I . . Asst. Sub-Asst Commissioners will, as soon as practicable, personally inspect the poor house and farm of each county in their respective divisions and make a full report thereon to this office stating the size of poor-house buildings, quality of accommodations, what allowance of food and clothing is made for white and colored inmates, what if any discrimination is made by the keeper in favor of persons of either color, what is the method of employing and manner of treating paupers, what the poor house keeper is allowed by the county authorities for his care of the destitutes and what is the made and duration of his appointment.

The name and official designation of
