A. A. Surg Fer'd Lassing U.S.A., on duty at Norfolk Va will hereafter, as additional duty, make a visit weekly establishing a regular day for the purpose, and having it well understood - to the Wise Farm, near Norfolk Va to pay such attention as possible to indigent freedmen located there and near there. He will see that the necessary medicines are at hand from the Dispensary at Norfolk Va.
