A.A. Surg. A.C.W. Young U.S.A, now on duty at Richmond Va, will report to Capt Lacey Bureau R. F. & A. L. Dist Va, at Lynchburg Va, on the 30th inst. to relieve A A Surg A. B. Kinny U.S.A. whose contract will expire by annulment, at that date.  Dr. Young will receipt to A. A. Surg Kinney for all Medical and Hospital and Bureau property in his hands, and take charge of the Dispensary for freedmen, and freedmen in Quarters at Lynchburg.
