1-A Military Commission is hereby appointed to meet at Burkesville, Virginia, at 10 o'clock A.M., on Tuesday, the 5th day of May, 1868, or as soon thereafter as practicable, for the trial of Thomas F. Goode, citizen, and such other cases as may be properly ordered before it.
