1.  Brevet Lieutenant-Colonel Samuel P. Lee, Captain 45th U. S. Infantry, is hereby relieved from duty as Military Commissioner and Superintendent of Registration and Election for the
19th Division of Virginia. The duties of Military Commissioner and Superintendent of Registration and Election for that Division will hereafter devolve upon the commanding officer of the post of Alexandria, Virginia. General Order No. 98, from these Headquarters, dated August 20, 1868, is modified accordingly.
