8. Brevet Captain W. A. Coulter, 2d Lieutenant, 12th U.S. Infantry, is hereby relieved from duty in the Bureau of Refugees, Freedmen and Abandoned Lands in the State of Virginia, and will proceed, without delay, to join his company at Montgomery, Alabama.
